Delilah Marto, Michael Harrison, Gayle Spinazze.
There's so much happening in the news of late; a lot is happening within the Bulletin's Chicago offices as well. With your support, we have added three new staff members this spring. This is an important time for us as we strengthen our team and devote more day-to-day support to bring you the most critical analysis from the world’s leading experts. Welcome, Delilah, Michael, and Gayle!
Delilah Marto joined the Bulletin as Development Coordinator in May of 2018. After working with the organization previously as Finance and Development Intern, she is excited to be back in a more permanent role. Marto holds a B.A. in Russian and East European Studies from the University of Chicago. When not studying foreign languages, she enjoys practicing archery and creating miniature models with LEGO.
Michael Harrison joined the Bulletin as Arts Initiative Coordinator in April 2018. Upon moving to Chicago in 2013, he fell in love with the work being done by the city’s vibrant contemporary art and music communities and has been dedicating his time to supporting artistic practices ever since. The odd one out in a family of scientists, he is excited to help build upon the Bulletin’s interdisciplinary approach and introduce new perspectives to its ongoing conversation around some of the most urgent problems the world faces today. He also works on exhibitions and events programming at the Renaissance Society and holds a B.A. with honors in Art History and Philosophy from the University of Chicago.
Gayle Spinazze joined the Bulletin as Communications Coordinator in May, 2018. She was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, where she earned her B.S. in Marketing at Case Western Reserve University. She has been a part of nonprofit administration for the last eight years and is thrilled to be immersing herself in the Bulletin's work. In her spare time you can find her taking photos, enjoying choir concerts, and working towards a zero waste lifestyle.
